VÆGTLØS RELEASE FEST
Our debut record "Aftryk" comes out on the 2nd of February 2024, and we wanted to end our release tour on a high in our hometown with this massive lineup of friends and family on the 17th of February 2024.

Sadly the show can't be at our second home at 1000Fryd, so we joined forces with our friends at SH35 (Skudehavnsvej 35).
This record means a lot to us, so we want to share it with all of you.

8 bands - huge party - special pre-show inside the submarine Springeren 300 metres away from SH35.

More info regarding food, the submarine show, non-related music happenings, starting time, info on all the cool bands etc. will be announced along the way

ABOUT THE RECORD:
What do you do when one of your best friends gets diagnosed with cancer? How do you handle losing someone close to you?
Vægtløs are trying to wade into questions like these on their upcoming album, which solely includes songs about people close to the band who died or suffered deadly diseases.
Vægtløs focuses on a vulnerability and openness that are lacking in the music scene, but also in society, in general. Life is fleeting and fragile, and Vægtløs is a bridge to gap between the monumental emotional dread underlying the fact that all beauty will eventually die and the cathartic strength found in music.

The album is a culmination of several years of work that was hindered in growing by a pandemic and the constant setbacks of life. The record is a melodic and vast sound that is forged to enclose the personal Danish lyrics. The inspiration to do so has been found in watching and feeling the unadulterated beauty of life and death.

We are really looking forward to celebrate this night of music, life and love with you.
