The Pencil and Paper Exhibition consists of a series of handmade illusional patterns and designs made with 1 pencil and 1 roll of paper by the local artist and musician Linus Holst who's a part of the Backyart studios in Aalborg.
The inspiration for the series comes from a love of the simplicity and immediacy that Linus is portraying in these works as well as the urge to just do something completely out the comfort zone with a pencil, 10 meters of italien paper and a small hope, that the audience will stare deep into each work and experince the same dizzy and disoriented feeling as Linus did when he created the series.
The exhibition will be free and there will be drinks, snacks, and a possibility to purchase some of the works as a poster.
