Hello everyone!
The Weird Ones are coming to Aalborg! Come see us perform on 20th of January in the famous activist/anarchist venue 1000Fryd. The performance is free and you can just drop in and enjoy the show!

This is your chance to witness original songs of The Weird Ones live, such as Sandy, Time machine, Hold on, Dogs on acid, and many more in a special 1 hour arrangement bringing an important message of speaking out the truth and encouraging freedom of expression.

We’re also preparing some numbers exclusive to this performance. Be prepared to engage!

Joining on stage will be:
The legendary opera singer and entertainer Fabio Angelozzi, Punk rock icon Rocco Convertino, Multi-instrumentalist Damir Posavec, Violin virtuoso Lukrecija Parnarauskaite, And Mastermind mentalist Daniel Matei.

"Going Native" is an alternative Funk/Rock Trio from Aalborg.
The music is instrumental and plays around with Blues and Jazz, but always with the '70s slightly psychedelic Funk and Rock as the core.
Going Native is a term from cultural research, where a scientist tries to adapt to a different society to understand its culture. In the same way, the guitarist, bass player and drummer try to step into the music as naive and childish souls, often without knowing where the journey ends.
Going Native is a tribute to new ideas and impulses and is best enjoyed live with a cold beer.

"Mercenartist" (NO), aka Yngve Stensaker, a DJ rooted in Aalborg, plays all kinds of electronic and eclectic music under different monikers. This evening he will serve a variety of groovy music to keep you warm.
