March 8th is International Womens' Day. For that reason, we would like to remember why we are celebrating it. The evening will start out with the screening of the documentary "Miss Representation" – 17.00 in the Peepshop. "Miss Representation" explores how the media’s misrepresentations of women have led to the underrepresentation of women in positions of power and influence.

The evening will continue with the regularly scheduled Soup Kitchen (remember to sign up!). Afterwards, you are invited to participate in a discussion starting at 19.30. The main theme will focus on womens' depiction in media. During the discussion you will be treated to some tasty vegan cake. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
