Documentary Evening:
Lost in Poland

Guerrilla DIY music documentary about Slovak folk-punk musician Dasa Fon Flasa. Photographer Egor Indiani accompanied him on his tour through southern Poland and wild Slovakian East.

It is guerilla documentary shot as a kind of experiment using gonzo method - just get in the car and shoot whatever happens. Dasa Fon Flasa is a slovak folk-punk musician playing acoustic punk, touring accross central europe like crazy... DIY fanatic.Film was shot on DSLR camera.

b> Words from the producer:

‘Lost in Poland’ is a guerilla documentary – it was made on the run and it is trying to show how Dáša fon F?aša lives on the tour. I had a chance to spend all the time with him and to be part of a gang for a while which allowed me to get close to him as to a subject. On the other hand, I’ve tried to maintain a distance and stay objective and look at him as a member of HC/punk/DIY community independently – from outside.

But this film isn’t trying to search for deep truths about life or punk – first of all this film is about music and about the joy of music.
