Sork (s)
Skinny Violet (dk)

Forsalgsbillet: Tryk her!

SORK is a high energy danceable noise attack. Pontus Torstensson plays uncompromisingly precise and heavy drums plus a round of ear bending samplings. Helena Engarås creates hypnotic fuzz grooves on her bass guitar. Magdalena Ågren screams, sings and makes fascinating noise using a skronky old trombone, megaphone, stylofone, and organ. SORK is releasing their second album Horseflies Flies in Mars 2014 on Kapitän Platte. First album is released on Surplus Recordings.

And in english:
Skinny Violet is Copenhagen’s new trashy garage rock duo. They play straight up, lo-fi garage rock with unambiguous vocals and a little 90s flair thrown in. Skinny Violet got together just a few months ago to share their song ‘Just the Same’. Just a week after the noisy duo had their first gig, Skinny Violet were invited to play on P6 BEAT for the first time.
