From the precious vaults comes TERROR BENEATH THE SEA, a 1966 Japanese monster adventure issued straight to U.S. television in the early 1970s.

A perfect Saturday afternoon time waster, TERROR BENEATH THE SEA is short on plot but delivers the campy action in the tacky comic book style we’ve grown to adore.

The Plot:
The US Navy is conducting a test demonstration of a new nuclear missile. The people present then see a strange creature swim past the camera. Reporters Ken Abe and Jenny Glason decide to go scuba diving in the area to discover what the creature was. However, once underwater, they are abducted and taken to the undersea laboratory of Dr Moore who shows them that he is building a race of amphibian cyborgs to take over the world.
