Auxes fra USA er et dejligt stykke sideprojekt fra folket bag Milemarker og Challenger! Auxes startede oprindeligt ud som et en-mands projekt, men har udviklet sig til et fire-bands band med gode folk fra bands som Fin Fang Foom, Bats & Mice og en enkelt lille gæste musiker i ny og næ! Stilen er rockende postpunk-agtig, lidt mindre eksperimental end Milemarker og lidt mindre punket end Challenger.... Men med rig mulighed for at rocke ud på den gode måde! Hele herligheden er udgivet på Lovitt Records, så vi snakker skam solidt kram!

Cobra Skulls er ligeledes fra det store Amerika og spiller country-punket rock i meget i stil med Against Me! og Flocking Molly. En trio fra Nevada, som på tre gode år har spillet sig lige lukt ind i hjerterummet på mangen et menneske!

Old new famous Lovitt records will release the first record of Caboro/Chapel Hill All Star Band AUXES ... Auxes was started back in the days by Dave/Milemarker as a solo project and is now developed into 4 people band thing including collaborations with Michael * Fin Fang Foom Ben * Bats and Mice | Sleepytime Trio | Ben Davis and the Jetts Pete * Challenger plus a few guest musicians here and there like Noah * Milemarker. If you want/need a description here i would come up with a less experimental Milemarker combined with a less punk Challenger to start with the most obvious comparisons. Somehow theres a lot of different influences around. Obviously Dave listened to a wide range music lately which expanded the sound and made it a bit more accessible to people then Milmarker or or Challenger did.

Cobra Skulls started saving the world from popular music in the basement of their house in Reno, Nevada, U.S.A back in 2005. The trio, good friends with common taste in classic punk rock, including individual tastes ranging from ska, to country, felt compelled to remind people that real bands still exist in an industry dominated by image and propaganda. Hey, that’s what good punk music has been about from the start!

After playing hundreds of shows at bars, basements, coffee shops, theatres, nose-bleeders, halls, stalls, and no shopping malls, Cobra Skulls finally got serious and recorded their first full-length album Sitting Army, released in the U.S. last July under U.S. label Red Scare. It appeared in the top 10 lists of 2007 for many modern day punk rockers like Tom Gabel of Against Me! and Brendan Kelly of The Lawrence Arms.
